Ditton CE Junior School was inspected by Ofsted in January 2015 and judged as a good school. This was a great achievement for the school and community.
We were delighted that the report recognised:
“Senior leaders and Governors have taken robust action to tackle past weaknesses.”
“Significant improvements in teaching and achievement. Teaching is good. Pupils are appropriately challenged to make good progress.”
“Standards are above average. Writing is a significant strength.”
“The school woks had to meet the needs of all pupils. Provision to support disabled and those who have special educational needs is consistently good.”
“Behaviour is good. Pupils feel safe.”
As an ambitious school we ensure the next steps form part of our school priorities as we strive to consistently deliver the best for our children and the community.
