We’ve had lots of fun this week during science making slime and experimenting with magnets and forces!
During our Science Week we had the opportunity to do something out of the ordinary. 4AB made some foam snakes using plastic cups, microfiber cloths, elastic bands and water. The children had lots of fun playing with the foam snakes and trying to make the biggest snake they could! It was lots of fun!
Year three have had lots of fun planning and hosting a Roman feast. Lots of food, fun and entertainment!
The children have spent the past few weeks designing a moving animal. They have had to plan the size of their animal and the size of the box. They spent this afternoon (4.7.18) measuring and sawing their wood. They will spend next week hammering their wood together.
This term in Music the children have been exploring different styles of drums. They have learnt the 4 different styles of drumming which are; ‘the bass hit’, ‘the open hit’, ‘the slap’, ‘the rest’.
